Let this be – a reprise

 

The steep inclines,

arching meanders

and misty vistas of our cherished relationships

should always be questioned . . .

as ‘honourable’ places of rest,

for countless fallen,

in ideological wars

and egoic battles.

Let pity, of Self

And the Other

be ‘At Ease’ for now

and we hope,

‘Stand Down’.

 

Compassion, surveys a new territory,

for resettlement.

Presently, Love acts,

across a New Earth,

in everything touched, daily.
